Hi, I’m Abigail, the heart behind Pure Essence Aromatherapy & Co. Self-care and wellness have always been a part of me, but after becoming a mom to two incredible little ones, I realized how easy it is to put yourself last. Between the beautiful chaos of motherhood and everyday life, I craved moments to pause, breathe, and reset.
My love for aromatherapy deepened when I struggled with severe migraines. I was introduced to essential oils, and let’s just say it was love at first inhale! I experienced firsthand how scent could shift my mood, ease my mind, and help me feel more grounded. That’s what inspired me to create Pure Essence Aromatherapy & Co a space where self-care isn’t a luxury; it’s a necessity.
