Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times:

  • Canada: 3–7 business days

  • U.S.: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

Because our products are handcrafted and made in small batches, all sales are final. However, your satisfaction is our top priority.

If there’s an issue with your order, such as:

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect products

  • Missing items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at pureessencearomatherapy@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to make it right.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
