1. Are your products really all-natural?

Yes! All of our products are made with natural, non-toxic ingredients. We use coconut soy wax or soy wax, eco-friendly cotton wicks, and premium essential oils—completely free from phthalates, parabens, synthetic fragrances, and harmful chemicals.

2. Are your candles safe to burn indoors?

Absolutely. Our candles are made with clean-burning, soot-free wax and natural eco wicks, making them safe for indoor use when burned properly. Just follow our candle care instructions for the best (and safest) results!

3. Do you use synthetic fragrances?

Never! All our scents come from high-quality essential oils or essential oil-infused blends. We believe in offering aromatherapy that’s pure, natural, and beneficial.

4. How long do your candles burn?

Our 8 oz candles burn for approximately 50 hours when used correctly. Be sure to trim the wick before each burn and allow the wax to melt evenly to extend the life of your candle.

5. What is the difference between your aromatherapy candles and decorative candles?

Our aromatherapy candles are made with coconut soy wax and are scented with essential oils for wellness and relaxation. Our decorative candles are made with soy wax and are typically unscented or lightly scented—designed to enhance your space visually.

6. Do you offer wax melts too?

Yes! We offer wax melts in all of our aromatherapy scents—perfect for flameless fragrance lovers using warmers.

7. Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, all Pure Essence Aromatherapy & Co products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never test on animals or use animal-derived ingredients.

8. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right. See our Refund Policy for full details.
